In the fall of 2007 Erin was asked to participate in an event in Baie Saint Paul, Quebec as a representative of PEI. The event was called 10 10 10 and was a part of the "Reves D'automn" festival that has been held every year for the last 16 years.  The reason it was called 10 10 10 was because it was 10 artists from the 10 provinces that were to paint together for 10 days, each painting a painting that represented their province.  The paintings are now on tour accross Canada. Erin chose to paint a painting from French River using her Island Clay technique because she felt that it incorporated not only her impression of PEI, but a little piece of it as well.  The painting, she felt, also represented the gentleness of our Island. It was an honour to paint with and learn from such great  artists from accross Canada! The other artists included Peter Gough from Nova Scotia, Barbara Pratt from Newfoundland, Clarence Bourgouin from New Brunswick, Louis Tremblay from Quebec, Charles Spratt from Ontario, Robert (RFM) McInnis from Manitoba, Darrell Bell from Saskatchewan, Les Graff from Alberta and Robert Genn from British Columbia. The person who was in charge of selecting all the artists is a great artist himself, Bruno Cote from Baie Saint Paul Quebec. On top of that there were nearly 100 other artists from around Quebec who came to paint on the famous streets of Baie Saint Paul for a very succesful and inspirational Festival that Erin is proud to have been a part of. The 2007 - 10 10 10 event was the first of its kind where artist from across Canada were brought together in Baie Saint Paul and it was a moment in history to be marked!
